We have a lovely courtyard and lawn out the back fully in closed. Also have a shed to store car or things. I do own a dog and two cats. Cats outside during the day very chilled. Dog is adorable. So anyone applying must get along with animals. Also anyone applying has to be neat and tidy and able to clean up after themselves. I cannot stress this enough.

Super convenient location, only a few minutes walk to supermarkets, cafes, Gyms restaurants and the train station (which goes directly to the uni). Loving dogs is essential as buddy (our resident border collie) is always in demand of pats and a play. Utility and WIFI bills are all split evenly. Sorry no smokers.
