Price will increase if you are a couple.

Hi my names Emma, 30 year old female. I am a restaurant manager, working Tuesday- Saturday. Born and raised in Newcastle/ Lake Macquarie.
In my spare time I like to get creative, cook, exercise or go for a walk and grab a coffee. Since recently splitting up with my partner I find myself in this situation of currently being on the look out for a house mate!
You would only be sharing the 3 bedroom house with myself and my little pug puppy so there’s plenty of room.
My ideal house mate would be someone that mostly keeps to themselves but is open for a conversation here and there. Someone who also appreciates a neat, calm and tidy space.
