Room with large built in wardrobe with storage shelving + study area in a large 2 bedroom house. Front and back sunrooms and decent sized court yard area. You will have your own shower a which is located within laundry inside the house. Very close to everything you need. Currently working on a vege garden :-) Room is currently not furnished but happy to provide double bed and a desk if needed.
Smokers need not apply. Preference will 99.9% be for a female as one female living in the house is home alone quite often.

About the flatmates
You will be sharing with a very happy and functional male and female couple. We are both very social but also enjoy our privacy. More than happy to binge a good series or movie but just as happy ( mostly happier) to listen to music or play a board game. We are both away a fair bit as we are very involved in the live music industry - one as a professional photographer the other as a Music Reviewer.
We absolutely love a good cook up and eat very well most nights.. In 2026 we also will be running a karate school.
We are in no hurry to fill the room and lots more to tell if you may be a suitable fit and come check the place out :-)
