Looking for a neat and tidy house mate to share my 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex located in the Jacobs Ridge Estate, Ormeau. One bedroom is available for rent. House is fully furnished except for that one bedroom. Bedroom has a ceiling fan but no air-conditioning. Air-conditioning in shared lounge room. Bedroom has mounted unit attached to the wall with television point so TV can be mounted on the wall. Approved tenant will have own bathroom, however I do use the bath in that bathroom on the odd occasion. Vehicle can be parked on the front driveway however no space in double garage. Short drive to the local shops and numerous walking tracks nearby in the estate.
Ormeau is a great suburb, 30 minutes from Brisbane and 30 minutes from Surfers. Great, friendly street with quiet neighbours. Supermarkets, pubs and shops 5 minutes drive, 7 minute drive to train station. Massive bedroom, huge wardrobe, tv connection. Room is unfurnished!! Shared living area, kitchen and laundry. This is not a party house, definately no drugs!!!!
the house is very big an heaps of light with lots of windows the area is a awesome place very friendly people great pub around the corner for a feed. an shops close buy. an train station 5 min drive bbq to use when ever you like you must like dogs as i have 2 dogs that are friendly with people but at night they look after their home . the place is always clean i make shore of that their are only a few rules keep the house clean pick up after your self
