The house has ducted air conditioning and each room has a ceiling fan. The room size is 2.9m x 2.85m and a wardrobe size of 1.8m x 0.5m. However, there are three spare rooms so take your pick. Internet (NBN) and utilities will be split evenly. A car space in the garage will also be included.

We try to keep the place tidy so we appreciate your help vacuuming and mopping once a week and keeping the kitchen clean for the next person. The bedroom fits a queen size bed, has a built in robe, and there is extra storage available in the spare rooms and hall closet. You will only share the bathroom with occasional guests. Should you desperately need a bed, we have one in the guest room we can lend you until you can find one of your own. The living area is air-conditioned to help us survive these ridiculous heat waves. Rent will be $140/wk (2 weeks paid upfront) and paid via scheduled transfer. We hold the lease until February 2018. Happy to negotiate a space in the garage if you need to lock up a work vehicle.
