Gilberton, Gold Coast

Located in a quiet area 5 minutes from the motorway, 45mins to the Gold coast or Brisbane, plenty of parking space, sizeable yard with a clothesline and fire pit. Plenty of wind as we are in the middle of the cane fields. As the house is quite old and on stilts is does make a bit of noise and vibration. There is no aircon but ceiling and pedestal fans are provided. Rooms are spacious with large built in wardrobes. The room available has a screen and sliding door to the covered balcony. You will have your own small fridge in the kitchen, with small freezer. Washing machine, dryer available Internet (wifi) provided in rent, no gas or water bills as the place is on tank water. If we need to refill that the cost is split between the 3 of us.
