Room comes with a queen bed, 2 bedside tables, chest of drawers, 40inch T.V, built in wardrobe, aircon and a ceiling fan. The Price is $140 + $40 expences per week so $180 Total p/week. For couples: $250 total p/week. Expences includes: Power, gas cooking, bbq use, toilet papper, laundry powder, rubish bags, dishwashing powder, water and nbn internet (1000Gig / month between us) You will be required to pay 2 weeks bond and 2 weeks in advance. Total $720. This is non-negotiable. Yes our house has air-con and a large swimming pool :) We have a large outdoor entertaining area with a pool table, dart board, BBQ and a view. Smoking is ok but is outside only The house has been fully renovated with the main things being the new kitchen and outdoor area. We have two fridge/freezers and plenty of pantry space to accommodate everyones needs.

This is a wonderful homely place with pet (dog) friendly and big tropical backyard with lots of space for the dogs to play. There is also a relaxing pool which is surrounded by greenery. It is a quiet court, easy living areas close to many shops, restaurants and central to many Gold Coast attractions. Medium room set with single bed, study desk, built in cupboard and a timber set of drawers. Window overlooks the front yard and elevated street position. The house is situated on a very quiet street and has a beautiful outlook overlooking the valley of trees. Lush! There are ceiling fans throughout and an A/C in the large lounge room. The available rooms are at the other end of the house with access to a private bathroom. Both rooms have large built-ins and are otherwise unfurnished. A dishwasher as well as a washing machine are available. I would prefer to rent both rooms to one person for $260.- per week plus bills, but are happy to split them up too. Internet is incl.
