The house is within Wilston village, a 5 minute walk to wilston train station and a bus stop 100 metres away with multiple routes to the city. It's an easy walk or cycle to RBWH. QUT kelvin grove is less than a 10 minute drive or a short walk/ride. So is a perfect location for students or foodies and coffee lovers with multiple cafes and restaurants to choose from in the village. The room comfortably fits a queen bed and furnishings with a ceiling fan. There is plenty of storage space and a spare space that can be converted to either a second lounge or study. There is a small balcony out the front and a large outdoor area. There is also plenty of garage storage for any excess things such as bikes/boards. Apart from your room the house is mostly furnished.. we just don't have a TV in the main living space. Bills are splint evenly between the 4 housemates. Internet is additional to the rent.
