It's wilston, easy access 10 the city, train is about 10mins walk 6ish minutes ride to the city. bus stop within a minute walk and 10min to the city coffee shops galour, multiple eateries within a couple hundred meters, noho bar and grill, coffee club, cafe 63 to name a couple. Best thai Ive had too. nice area, accidently left my work van unlocked on a few occasions and noone has touched it powerbills are around the 300ish mark quarterly which is split 3 ways, also internet 50 a month also split so other than rent looking at about 120is a month for power and internet all rooms and lounge area have aircon Bedroom has sliding door onto front deck, room will be empty saturday. pics of room i snapped while i was there picking some stuff up, others are photos i found as im never there and busy so havent had a chance to take proper photos

The house is located in a complex very close to public transportation (Kedron Brook Busway + Wooloowin train station). It's central and easy to get to the city: 15-20mins by car. There's also Foxtel if you want to chip in for it. There is also air-conditioning in the common living area, and a decently sized backyard as well. Bills are split equally amongst the housemates and is approx $150 every three months for both gas and electricity. The room is available as soon as you want, but as mentioned, the lease ends on the 24/01/2018. The only expectation is that you are considerate and respectful to the other flatmates and clean up after yourself. :)

Hi everybody, I am renting this lovely room in my 4-double bedroom house in Stafford. Every room has its own en-suite bathroom with toilet, sink, shower, double bed, air conditioning, a desk, a chair, shelves etc., so it works perfectly for a single person as well as for a couple. We share a very large living room/kitchen with couches and a large TV where you'll have your own drawers and a full fridge for yourself!!! (We have three fridges) You can find the Stafford Shopping Centre within 2 min walk (Woolworths, Aldi, BigW, Bunnings, Hoyts Cinema, McDonald's, etc.). We are also conveniently located at 2 min walking distance from several bus stops that go towards the city (20 minutes ride, buses # 375, 335, 325, 353 and others...). The other people living in the house are one girl and three guys, all of us working and studying, aged 25 to 35. We are all easy-going and we enjoy a chat or a drink every now and then, so you will join in a friendly environment. Nevertheless, we all wake up around 6 am most days so we try to keep the house quite after 11 pm as a rule. Any gender is welcome but preferred female to make equilibrium in the house, 18 to 35 years old. You must be respectful with the other housemates and clean after yourself when you use the common area. This is necessary. Smoking is allowed only outside in the verandah. The rent is $170/week, or $210/week for a couple, and it includes all bills as well as Wi-Fi ADSL. A two-week bond is required upon entrance.
