Hello! $150! Very close to the train station and the city. I have a regular size room for rent in a Queenslander. Rest of the house: Is fully furnished with 2 sweet black cats! There is a third lady that lives downstairs who has a dog and two cats also. We would have a separate entrance and she has her own shower and bathroom. Tbh - I hardly ever see her. Backyard - great size! with undercover parking for one more car. Any other cars would be parked on the grass behind the house. Who am I: I am a 27 year old professional female. Very friendly!. I do like to keep to myself but I love to have good chats too, but I respect everyones space and privacy. I am vet nurse working at BVSC so a mix of shifts but no night work. I play touch footy Tues, Wed, Thurs :p so I feel like I'm out of the house a lot. It would be great if someone moved in who doesn't mind a chat when we are all in the house. Gamers welcome too! This is a lovely household in Newmarket, shared with two females in their mid-twenties. We live in a clean, modern townhouse with a leafy courtyard at the front. The house reaps lots of natural light and a lovely breeze upstairs. We also have a dishwasher and air conditioning downstairs. The rent is very reasonable, and the house is in a prime location within walking distance to plenty of takeaway food, cafes, a Coles supermarket, Wray organic and the farmers market at Kelvin Grove. It’s about 30 seconds walk to the nearest bus stop and five minutes to the Newmarket train station which gets you to the city within 10 minutes. We are also less than 10 minutes away by bus to QUT Kelvin Grove campus and La Boîte Theatre. It’ll take you just 10 minutes to get to the city by car, traffic pending, and there’s plenty of street parking and a secure (undercover) car space which you'll probably get all to yourself! The room itself is a decent size with a (mirrored) built in wardrobe, large window and ceiling fan. It can easily fit a queen size bed, desk and other furniture with plenty of floor space.
