We are looking for a housemate to join our house in Newmarket. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and is fully furnished. We are on top of a hill so we have great views of the bay and city. There is plenty of space to relax as we have a front balcony and a decent sized backyard plus we have a fireplace. We are looking to stay on until June this year. The room available will easily fit a queen bed with room for other furniture. It's separated into 2 rooms, with direct access to the back patio. There are plenty of built ins in and it will be unfurnished. Bills are not included in the rent. Internet is $15 a month, gas we buy as we need and power is quarterly (around $150). Pets are allowed but the backyard isn't completely fenced in. We are close to public transport (Newmarket Train Station & Bus Stops) and Coles Newmarket.
