My partner and I are moving down to Melbourne but we are extremely sad to leave this house because of how awesome it is. The house is located in Newmarket, 2 minutes away from Maccas, really close to Newmarket shopping village which has a Coles store, the local Aldi store and 5 minute bus ride to Kelvin Grove QUT campus. Really good transport links with the bus and train station at 2 minutes walk, 15minutes ride to CBD with the 345 and 390, and 10 minutes to the Valley by train. The house has 2 bedrooms (one has two built in wardrobes) and a sunroom, which can be used a third bedroom. It has one detached rest room and one bathroom, both have sinks. Kitchen has a gas stove and a brand new electric oven. There is plenty of storage space in the pantry as well as bench space. Plenty of storage space, single lock up under the house where you can also park your car. In the garage there is a small worshop for your hobbies. We're currently looking for a third friendly, clean and tidy female to move into our townhouse in Newmarket early February 2018.
