Private room for rent in a very cute 3 bedroom cottage style house in grange. Located on a cul-de-sac street with the kedron brook a short walk away.

The room includes:
A private room with a built in wardrobe. Air conditioning and a shared bathroom with one person.

The house:
Cute old-style 3-bedroom house with heaps of character. It’s not fancy but has a great vibe, loads of space and a big backyard. We take turns mowing the lawn, and the real estate takes care of the hedges. There’s also a shed out back for extra storage if you need it — easygoing, comfortable place to live and feel at home.

The area:
Grange is a quiet, leafy suburb about 10 minutes from the city. Super easy access to public transport, heaps of parks and bike paths nearby, and a relaxed local vibe. Close to cafés, shops and Wilston village, so you get the best of peaceful living while still being close to everything. It is also home to a very cute, chunky cat so please no other pets.

About the housemates: You'll be living with Bree and Curtis. They are close friends, love to socialise and have a chat. Curtis is big into playing sports and gym. Bree loves to get coffee, socialise and do pilates. They both work full-time jobs. Bree works from home half the time as a counsellor, but that is based in her room.

Who we are looking for:
We’re looking for a 20–30yr old who’s clean, respectful and easygoing. Must be okay with cats. Someone who’s happy to treat the place like home and do their bit around the house.
