The House is great, We have two lounge rooms, one big kitchen, The house is furnished you'd just have to bring furniture for your room. We have a study also which you're more than welcome to use. The Property (Back and Front yard) is big, very green, great for entertaining, we have a bbq and an awesome swing that we've made in the tree out the back. We also live about 30 seconds from the grange line (Train) to the city or grange beach. If you don't drive this is perfect for you! You can still get around with great ease. We're also just a walk from the beach, a few cute little cafes, foodland and plenty more. All up this house is awesome, we all work very well together and enjoy each others company. We respect each others rooms, and have understanding of privacy. Were looking for someone like us to move in and enjoy this great house with us.
