The unit is furnished and is right on the lake and with amazing views - so amazing that the big window serves the purpose of a TV :) The unit is on the first level. There is off-street parking. The bus stop is just outside the property. Beach is within an easy reach - across the road and almost there. Or the lake beach is just 1 min walk away. The free room is unfurnished at the moment, but can help you furnish it. I have an inflatable bed as a temporary solution. No pets, no children, only non-smokers accepted. Hello! If you came to see this property you would expect to be surrounded by nature plus the beach, close to Henley Square and transport. Its very chilled out place. There is high speed internet, ceiling fans in every room. We have ducted heating in main areas ie lounge/kitchen. Gas stove and spacious kitchen. Shared gas bills plus elec bills are cheap and in Summer rarely have one due to 16 solar panels. So much to say but best if u come and meet us and get the vibe of the place 😊
On the border of Fullham Gardens/Grange. Close to the beach, supermarkets, cafes and public transport. Has ample parking - on and off street. Is only minutes away drive from Henley Square. (3 total in the apartment as we are a couple) sorry no couples or regular party people Two bus stops 50 Metres away that go to the city or west lakes. Plenty of awesome cafes, restaurants and foodland / Henley Square is literally just below us. The beach is just across the road which is awesome ! The room: Own large room, and your own bathroom! House is fully furnished minus the room, there is also a veranda to chill out on! Car parking if difficult for this area, only street parking available is in neighboring streets or you can park at food land but have to move your car every 3 hours :-/ We are advertising for an extra car park within our building, if we find one, rent would increase by that cost per week as it would be yours. Happy to share the car park key though too (you can park on the second level of foodland and just need the key to get out)
2 bedroom unit for rent in Seaton, lease transfer. I have to leave to Europe so need to transfer my lease, it is on till 31th October 2018 and you can renew if you like after. The unit is nice , it was freshly painted when I moved in (last year in November), it is big in size, main bedroom has huge built in robe, there is a seperate laundry area (there is washer available to use if you dont have one), you also have a back outside area to use, and there is undercover parking, it is close to public transport, bus stop to the city is across the road, close to the beach, west lakes shopping centre, coles, foodland, post, everything near by. The landlord is a really great guy, always there to help out if needed. The rent is 280 per week (paid monthly in advance), water is included in the price, 6 week bond required. if you dont have furniture, you can get mine for a reasonable price (everything is pretty much new). We have internet (mostly used for Netflix) bbq, house cleaner every fortnight ( $25 each ) air conditioning/heating and a swim spa! Who else has one of those!? There are currently three girls and a Jack Russel living here. We’re fairly quiet during the week and usually go out to socialise rather than bring it here but we’re not opposed to the odd bevvy and a chat now and then. Would prefer someone that has houseshared before but generally just a respectful, courteous person.
