$16 Uber home from town, close to the beach, Coles, Micky D’s and a decent chip shop up the road and a couple different bus options only a short walk away. We have internet (mostly used for Netflix) bbq, house cleaner every fortnight ( $25 each ) air conditioning/heating and a swim spa! Who else has one of those!? There are currently three girls and a Jack Russel living here. We’re fairly quiet during the week and usually go out to socialise rather than bring it here but we’re not opposed to the odd bevvy and a chat now and then. Would prefer someone that has houseshared before but generally just a respectful, courteous person.
This neighbourhood is very quiet and safe, I have left my car parked on the side of the road while i’ve Gone to work for 8 days and it’s been perfectly fine. It’s generally close to the city about 10 minutes by car and walking distance from the train. The airport is only 15 minutes up the road and semaphore beach is relatively close as well as west lakes shopping centre and arndale shopping centre.

The house is 5 years old, I purchased it 4 years ago, unbelievably convenient location, close to transport to the city, the beach and airport. The house is divided by a common kitchen lounge area, each of us essentially has our own ends of the house, yours with your own bathroom, shower, court yard! Bedroom 2 has an outdoor courtyard with shade sail, the house has reverse cycle air conditioning too! Bedroom 2 is a big bedroom 5x4m and has a built in WIR. Bedroom 3 is used as a shared room for office or whatever takes your fancy. Either way the house will be occupied by me and one flatmate. Secure parking for a small to medium size car in the garage. I have lived in many shared houses, female and males as flatmates, fully respect privacy and belongings as I am sure you do too. Quite street, great/friendly neighbours.
