Hi all, there are multiple options when it comes to this house!
This property sits on the Henley - Grange walk way, with beach front views and direct access to the beach. 1km south and you would be in Henley square with lots of restaurants, shops, pubs and bars. 1km north and there is the Grange Hotel, options for takeout and the Grange train station. There are also multiple bus stops along the main road that head straight to the city and Westfield West Lakes is a short drive away.
There is room for 8 cars and there are also 2 lockable roller door garages that are currently used for storage. There is also a 3rd room for storage next to the granny flat that is lockable.
At the back of the property there is a self contained granny flat, ideal for a couple or a bit of a bachelor/bachelorette pad! It is a semi open plan flat with the following:
- Bedroom
- Own kitchen
- Walk through robe to ensuite/bathroom
- Living room
- The only thing you would have to share with the main house is the laundry
On the south side of the house, also ideal for a couple or single:

Out the front of the house is a shared courtyard where we have added a shade sail. Our front fence sits upon the coastal walkway with direct access to the beach.
Out the back there are large garden beds that would be suitable for raised garden beds for the green thumbs out there but can be low maintenance.

There are currently 3 couples living here but a few of us are moving out so we are flexible with dates and spaces.
We range from the age of 24 - 30 and are an equal mix of men and women. The beauty of living here is that we each have our own spaces but have the option to see each other and hang out if we want to. There is almost always something baking, sport on the TV or the invite for a glass of wine or a beer.
