About the property

Sweet little first floor apartment less than 5 mins walk from grange beach.

Currently unfurnished but I’ll get everything for the kitchen and main area sorted so the only things you’ll need to bring are for your room. Also happy to take suggestions as to how to furnish and decorate the space or if you’d like to bring some of your stuff let me know.

Your room is the smaller of the 2 facing east so you’ll get the beautiful morning sun and look over the amazing garden next door.

The unit has a little balcony off the main room and split system a/c to keep it warm/cool.

There’s a bus stop directly out the front or train line a short walk away to take you into the city. There’s also a pizza place, amazing Thai restaurant and chicken shop across the road with Foodland slightly further away. Henley and Grange jetties are both within walking distance also and there’s a nice creek with a walking path leading to west lakes.

Looking for someone easy to get along with who will make the place their own. Happy for you to have friends over as long as there’s a heads up but would prefer no couples as the space is probably too small for 3 people.

Bills (water, gas, electricity, wifi) will be split 50/50.

About the flatmates

Howdy, I’m 25 and work full time at the airport usually on early morning shifts. I like to keep fit by hitting the gym, going for runs or hopefully playing footy again this year. I love the beach and having a drink and a laugh with mates or cooking myself something special and settling in for the night with a good (or shit) movie.
On the weekends I’m usually out at some sort of gig or just catching up with friends, hopefully this year I’ll get to travel a whole lot more also. Writing this all out is worse than doing ice breakers at a new job so if there’s anything about me or the place you want to know please reach out and ask.
