The house has a modern kitchen and bathroom, carpet in the bedrooms and polished floorboards in the open plan kichen/living area. There is also ducted gas heating and a split system for cooling in the living area. There are two medium sized spare bedrooms to choose from, each with build in robes and large windows. I may be able to provide some furnishings if necessary. There is plenty of off street parking available too. Please note that a bond of $858 will need to be paid in addition to rent. We are getting a puppy (another Staffy) so you need to be dog friendly and helping out with them occasional feed and walk would be much appreciated.
