About Us

We’re an Asian couple, both working full-time. Occasionally, I work from home a few days a week. We mainly live downstairs and respect our housemates’ privacy.

We have two small dogs, so there may be some occasional noise. If this is something you’re sensitive to, this home may not be the right fit.

The House & Rooms

All rental rooms are located upstairs, providing clear separation between shared and private spaces. There is currently one female housemate living upstairs, and to keep things comfortable and simple, we prefer a female housemate.

Upstairs will be shared by two people in total, or three if a couple moves in.

Available options:
• Ensuite room (approx. 4m × 2.8m, not large but private)
• Couples must choose this room
• Higher rent applies for couples
• Standard room sharing a bathroom (female only)

One upstairs room will remain vacant to avoid overcrowding.

Location

Located near Willinda Park, approximately a 15-minute walk to Greensborough Station. Willinda Park can be used as a reference point when searching the address.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is respectful, independent, and mindful of others. We value an open-minded, non-judgemental household and expect the same in return. We won’t interfere with your lifestyle as long as shared spaces and personal boundaries are respected.
