We live in a quiet residential area with lots of trees. It's close to the supermarkets, universities (La Trobe + RMIT) and train stations (Watsonia + Greensborough).
The first bedroom is fully furnished. It has a single bed base and mattress, chest of drawers, free standing clothes rack, bed side table and lamp. Room does not have built in cupboards. If you are wanting to bring your own bed/storage please let me know and I can make adjustments. It can fit a single or double bed.
The second bedroom is unfurnished. It comes with large built in cupboards. It can fit a single or double bed.

About the flatmates
There are 2 of us that currently occupy this 4 bedroom home.
Sinead - 28 years old and part owner of the property. I work full-time as a Speech Pathologist. I like doing yoga, catching up with friends and spending time with family. My parents visit the house to help out with the garden once a month.
Brad - 27 years old. Working full time in construction. Likes visiting family and watching local footy on the weekends.
We are looking for someone who will fit in with our easy going, clean, quiet household :)
