The house is brand new, never lived in before and is located 15km from the CBD and will be ideal for people that drive or take public transport. Close 5 min walk to the bus that takes you to Broadmeadows station, Gladstone Park shopping centre as well as Airport West Shopping centre is a short drive away. Essendon DFO and Tullamarine airport are all within a 10 min driving range. Additionally, the location allows easy access to the M2 and Western Ring Road. Getting around won't be a problem. We will be leasing the upstairs bedrooms, which will give you your own private space with a study nook and a bathroom with a bathtub. The bigger room has a walk-in-robe and the other has a built-in-robe. Each room will have individual ducted heating and cooling which is much needed in this Melbourne cold. Each room will consist of a double bed, a bedside table and a lamp. There are windows in each room to allow sunshine to come in. We also have Netflix, a large TV and a comfortable couch to watch it on.
This just feels like coming home. It’s in a quiet caul-de-sac with lots of trees. Close to bus and train and shops. We have Stan on offer, central heating in the cooler months and air conditioning in summer.
Neutrality. Its always what you expect. The house is not about any one tenant. Common areas like kitchen lounge and bathrooms are always clean and clear of any personal items. we rarely have any visitors. All tenants are busy people. You would rarely see anyone chilling in the lounge. so I cant describe the house as a get together house or a weekly hangout place. You will enjoy a very personalized and private experience. One would basically feel this is home.
