I'm an easy going mid 30s working professional, I'm looking for a single female or single mum with kids to rent 2 of my rooms, the rent includes all bills (gas, elec, water, internet, netflix, stan). im unable to have any other animals on the lease unfortunately.
i have dogs so would be awesome if your an animal person, i love chill peeps, who pay rent and bills on time and like to keep a tidy home.
You'll live with 2 others, myself one female (works nights/days as a nurse/support worker), and my daughter, we stay at the front of the house with an adjoining door so noise doesn't bother you. I'd be happy to share my home with those who would like to share a meal maybe once a week, people who are respectful and working professionals, this home isn't a party house and there's no room for drugs of any type.
