We're a couple in our fifties that are self employed and work from a large home with many extra rooms. The house has been renovated with all the best and convenient appliances. We are looking for someone who's motivated and cleans up after themselves. We have a space to store personal items during your stay.
We're quiet, non smokers and keep the house and gardens well maintained and always clean.
We live a quiet lifestyle and have great neighbours in this lovely suburb. Both rooms are moderately furnished with ceiling fans and flyscreens. It's very comfortable with your own lounge to share when another person rents the other room.
