It’s about 3km from Fawkner Station (Upfield line) and also relatively close to Oak Park or Glenroy Station (Craigieburn Line). The house is located on a quiet street filled with brand new homes. The house is brand new and has a little outdoor space to enjoy summer nights with some food and a drink outside (My parents have kindly donated a BBQ to make summer nights more enjoyable). Your bedroom is (2.7x3.0) with a built in wardrobe and a split system - and like I said earlier, you get your own bathroom!! I’m hoping to find someone relatively clean, friendly and down to earth. I dont want a 'room filler'. Id prefer to be able to enjoy a cider in the sun or watch some trash movie on netflix together. Reach out if this sounds like a good fit for you. The apartment is modern and the living areas are furnished. We have an awesome balcony with views of the city. It is a 30min drive into the CBD and a 20min drive to the airport. There are also buses and trains only a short distance away.

The property, is on a slightly busy road, but easy easy to drive into and out of, with all day street parking, and has potential for two cars to be parked in driveway. Summer in sunny Thornbury house. We are looking for a couple or a single for our house! For a sublet from 22nd of December until 19th of Jan. (4 weeks exactly but date can be flexible!) We are a 3 bedroom house in Thornbury, just over the Northcote border and on the St George’s side. About the house: Your room would be the biggest room of the house, at the front with large windows. FOR A COUPLE: The sublet amount would be $1200 which equates to $300 a week FOR A SINGLE: The sublet amount would be 100, which equates to 250 a week. It will absolutely be the coolest of all the rooms over summer and will be empty when you arrive. (I can arrange a queen bed if needed) Washing machine and dryer with the ol’ separate toilet which we love and large sunlit living room that backs on to our decent sized backyard. We have a producing and cared for veggie garden which will be all yours to eat, as well as compost that we would love you to be aware of!
