Hey guys! I have recently had a job offer abroad so unfortunately now have to leave my room in Marrickville. The flat is a two bedroom apartment, one bathroom, and has been recently refurbished to a very high standard. The kitchen is like new, with lots of cupboard space, gas cooking, and a large fridge. The lounge is also a decent size, with a small balcony leading off it. The bathroom is a good one too, with a bath, shower, and both a dryer and washer so you don't have to battle the weather trying to dry your stuff on a clothesline! There is also an iron for use. Location wise, we are located in Marrickville, though we are just a 5 minute walk from the Dulwich Hill Train Station (20min to CBD in the morning) and across the street from the 412 Bus into Martin Place. I was working in the city, and this location was absolutely amazing! Marrickville is also a nice neighbourhood with a lot of nice cafes, shops, and all the necessary amenities. This house has lots of character which means it's really old, a bit small and falling down a bit but still comfortable and relaxed. The bathroom is a nightmare with tiles missing but everything still works. We're in a cul-de-sac with a park across the road so it's nice and quiet and the neighbours are great and we look out for each other. We're close to buses and 2 train stations (Canterbury or Bardwell Park) and a short trip to either Coles or Woolworths and the little village of Earlwood.
