Combined living and dining room and separate eat-in kitchen with plenty of storage. Internal laundry . The main dining room gets a nice cool cross breeze and also has a reverse -cycle air conditioner. We are only 6 minutes away from Hurlstone Park station bus stop for rail replacement buses (metro to be finished next year.) Only 5 minutes from buses and 10 minutes from Dulwich Hill light rail. Also only 7 minutes from cafes, new pizzeria, shops and a great small bar. Very friendly apartment complex and neighborhood.

I am a 48-year-old gay male and full-time professional. Enjoy drinks and dinner with mates, pub trivia, watching sports and movies (cult, trashy and otherwise), all sorts of music. I am getting active again and have started going to the gym a couple of times a week. Looking to increase that and combine it with more walking etc. Sociable, friendly, down to earth and easy going.
