About the flatmates
I am looking for someone who is friendly, open minded, relaxed, clean and tidy, and is reliable when it comes to paying rent/bills and most importantly "does not smoke or vape"!!...this is a deal breaker for me.
You will be sharing with myself (Pete).
I work full time in the music industry, 10am-6pm.
Good apartment for students as you will have the place to yourself during the day.
I am clean and tidy and respectful of others privacy and personal space.
I enjoy cooking/baking and am ok at both and am happy to share. Love listening to music, playing music, gigs, having a beer or wine (in moderation of course), watching movies, comedy and some sports, board games.
I am also very much into recycling and composting...and generally being good to the environment. (I'm not a hippy, just conscientious).
