i work away so its one less person, heaps of room and spare rooms, outdoor area is perfect built in barbeque etc. heaps of shops/eaterys down the road. i'm pretty chilled out and i want to find house mates the same! all responsibilities and bills are shared but everyone also has a say.
A beautiful home where you will feel safe and comfortable. It provides enough privacy, a lovely outdoor area and garden. You have your own off-road parking spot. Very close to Edith Cowan University, the best beach in Perth (Mullaloo) is only 4 minutes away, and bus stop in front of the home. The city is only 15- 20 minutes by car or Whitfords train station (6 minutes) can be a good alternative. Oh yes, there is a lighted oval across the road as well if you are keen to exercise for free!

The property has been fully renovated. It has a great backyard and outdoor area with a pool table and basketball court. Great house for socialising. There is a bbq aswell. And close to public transport with plenty of shops in the area. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and a chest of draws. I can get take these out of the room if you want to bring your own furniture. There is plenty of storage room in the shed to use.

Just finished renovating and now looking for a house mate. Currently live alone with my dog Otis. House is conveniently located with easy access to train station, freeway and the beach. I have a couple of rooms available but only looking to rent one out at the moment as will have parent over at Xmas who will be staying for a few months. Happy for others who have a dog would just have to make sure they both get on before hand.
