About the flatmates
Live near Mullaloo Beach which is one of Perth's favourite beaches.
Each room has quality mattresses, bed linen, fridge, door lock, and a study desk. One room is larger than the others and has an ocean view plus a kitchenette and porch. It has access to a dedicated toilet and its own entrance from the outside (meaning a more private room). This room has two single beds (trundle stye).
The bus to Whitfords Train Station and ECU/Joondalup Central is on the same road as the house.
We have two dogs and some hungry goldfish.
The way we work is you stay one week and if we are each happy then we extend. We are flexible.
Aged 18 + only and smoke-drug-vape free property.
