ABOUT THE ROOMS FOR RENT: Both rooms are large and will enjoy garaged, undercover parking space with direct entrance into the house from garage for added safety. One room (3.65 x3m) has BIR and the other room (3.23x3m) has a small wardrobe with a completely private outdoor patio. Bathroom is shared between the two bedrooms and the watercloset/toilet is completely separated from the shared bath/shower room. I will have my own bathroom with toilet. Rooms can be completely shut off from common area and rest of the house for privacy if required. Lots of space, 2 living areas, dining area, backyard etc. The kitchen is also quite spacious and very well equipped with separate walk in pantry. We are two very neat and tidy professional females (29&32 years). We clean up after ourselves and expect you to do so too. There is also a shoes-off policy in the house so we can keep everything clean. You will partake in the share of cleaning etc. It's a quiet household of professionals. A separate well sized bathroom and toilet, which would be your own. Kitchen & Laundry would only be the shared area. Air-con & heating available. TV-aerial point in every room. Public Transport is very close. Parking on the street is available as well as on the property. Cleaning to be shared in common areas and own room to be kept clean and tidy. There is a bed and mattress available with some shelving but if you have your own bed, these items can be moved out. The study can be vacated and changed into own "lounge room" if preferred as well.
