I have 1 room available in my beautiful fairly-new home in a quiet neighbourhood. It will be $300 per week including bills. Fully equipped open kitchen and a butler’s pantry with a second stove.
I am a professional in my 30s working in the engineering field Monday to Friday. I like to keep fit, so often I am at the gym or go for walks. I love a good banter and do a bit of gardening in my free time.
Hudson is in his 20s working in the childcare sector Monday to Friday.
We do responsible composting and it would be much appreciated if you could assist. Only have to use the proper bin for certain waste.
Room
This room has a queen size bed, mattress (Sleeping duck) and two bedside tables. It has an inbuilt wardrobe and lovely en-suite bathroom.
Happy to welcome an easy going, tidy, full time employed person in their 20s or 30s.
It is a pets and kids free home. The room is only for one person. Sorry, no couples.
