The Bentley is a great apartment located in Forrest, 5 minute walk from Manuka Shops and 10-15 minute walk to Kingston Foreshore. It is a three bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. Matt and I share the main with en-suite and the other two rooms are available. You will share a bathroom but our previous housemates had no issues. We have a pool (great for summer) and underground car parking for all (great for winter). Our apartment is almost completely furnished sans the two bedrooms (one has a bed frame and mattress). We are missing a TV though, so if you have that, awesome.

The house itself is enormous (we even have a spare guest room), with a big living area, kitchen and a separate dining room. Also has a large backyard and a nice decking area (clearly more suitable for the warmer months!) This place is in a really nice part of town, close to Manuka one way (2 min drive/10 min walk - cafes, supermarket, restaurants, pub, cinemas, etc) and a brand new grocer on the other (1 min drive/5 min walk). Red Hill itself is also nearby (2 min drive/10 min walk) for those who enjoy the outdoors. Lake Burley Griffin and Kingston are only a 5 minute drive away. Apart from the location, the house itself is really spacious and modern. The kitchen has a big oven, dishwasher and island bench. There's also a dining room, plus a generous living area to stretch out in. There are two separate outdoor spaces - a courtyard and a deck - plus a really leafy backyard.
