I’m looking for a lovely person to join me on the lease of a modern Kingston apartment! It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom open apartment. It is on the ground floor at the end of a corridor and far away from any lifts or entry doors (the place is so quiet!). The apartment a huge courtyard, which is currently empty as it is my spring project! Just next to the front door there is also an entrance into a communal courtyard shared between three apartments with a clothes line. You would have a good size room, with a built-in wardrobe and your own bathroom, as well as a secure underground car spot. The kitchen has all appliances provided - dishwasher, mircowave, fridge and freezer and coffee machine. There is a European laundry with a washing machine and dryer. The building has a gym and a communal lounge room and an outdoor bbq area. It’s a new apartment complex and nice and quiet, with the Kingston foreshore only an 8 minute walk, and Kingston shops only a 10 minute walk! The rent is $290 a week (excluding electricity and gas bills), payable fortnightly. Internet is $30 a month. You would be living with myself only - a 25 year old full-time professional working in the legal policy sector. I keep the place very clean and tidy. I enjoy slow weekends involving brunch and runs around the lake. I cook most nights and enjoy a mix of trash tv and political talk shows. If you think we would be a good fit, please send me a message, it would be great to hear from you! I'd be happy to organise inspections either in person or via skype, whichever suits.
1 room is available to rent. It has two large windows with great black out blinds. So it is great for getting some vitamin D in the cold winter and also having the room dark enough when sleeping in. The room has great potential for the creative eye and a comfortable size and type. The house is relaxed and tidy, spacious and reasonably sociable. The other housemates include a Masters student and three young professionals. The house dynamic is very easy going and with a house this large, having two lounge room, two dining room, three covered garages and a veranda leading from the kitchen it is always possible to 'get you're own space' and or still enjoy company if that's what you'd like. It is in a great location in the inner south, walking distances to shops, multiple bus routes and cafes.

Well presented double brick home with sun filled living/kitchen opening to a large backyard with nice shady paved area. The property offers many large living areas. 2 minute walking distance to Manuka Village, Coles, cafes, bars and restaurants. Plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. Ideal for the busy professional working in the Parliamentary triangle but anywhere as the bus stop is only 2 minutes away. • Bathroom is modern with a bath/shower. • Looking for a responsible tenant :-) • Light + spacious throughout the entire house • Large kitchen • Beautiful Smeg fridge, plumbed water/crushed or cubed dispenser • Excellent cupboard space • Coffee Machine • Dishwasher • Washing Machine, large laundry • Private outdoor patios and entertaining areas • Gardens include Japanese Cherry Blossom and meandering paths • Parking (off street) • Super fast Internet included in rent

Avail from 1st July 2019 Two rooms available in a large, homey share house. PLEASE NOTE - I charge a flat rate which includes Netflix, unlimited internet and utilities for both rooms at $230 (unfurnished) and $240 (Furnished) respectively. The place itself is great. It includes ducted heating, dishwasher, wooden floors, a large backyard which is fully secure and directly adjacent to beautiful woodlands in Narrabundah. The toilet is separate to the bathroom. Who we are looking for: Our house is an all-female, LGBT friendly space. I am ideally looking for individuals who are employed full-time and not room hermits. The space is really big and there to be used. That being said as I am out a lot, I am also looking for individuals who are independent and happy to do their own thing. Really a balance between someone who is friendly and happy to chat/have the occasion bevy, but respectful of personal space. Another key criterion is cleanliness. I like to share the cleaning with my housemates and would ideally be looking to clean shared spaces once a week. I'd like housemates who take the initiative to clean without having to be asked - of course this goes for me as well! Think you'd be a good fit for our home? Shoot me a message! To help me get to know you, please include answers to the following questions: 1 - What do you think makes an ideal housemate? 2 - What do you like to do for fun? 3 - What is your ideal weekend?
The 'sunroom' is the main high use area which has a dining table, couches and shared fold away desks. Joining the sun room is the kitchen - large with plenty of storage and two fridges and a dishwasher. The separate large entertainment room features beautiful windows, ping pong table and Owens work area. We set up the projector and watch documentary / movies in here. There is also a garden shed and large shed used for bike storage, camping equipment and a workshop for woodworking. There is a deck with a pond that continues down steps opening up to a grassed area and the veggie garden. The front garden is also quite large. Amy and Owen occupy the driveway with two vehicles, Navid parks up on the curb but rides his bike daily as does Josue. There is plenty of space to park on the curb but you need to go up the gutter. Street parking is restricted during the day. Bush land across the road, IGA / shops 5-10mins walk away. The house is kept clean and we all contribute to the house by maintaining, fixing and actively improving the living space. We are looking for someone who is seeking social share house not just any house. If interested please write something about yourself - the ad will be taken down as soon as its filled and one line questions such as "is this still available?" will not be answered.
Starting at the end of August we will have a spare room. The house has: a well equiped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, 6 jet stove and microwave); a formal dinning room with a 12 person dinning table (great for dinner parties); a formal living room with a fireplace; open plan kitchen/ family room/dinning room; an in-ground swimming pool; an outdoor table on the patio overlooking the swimming pool; ducted gas heating; ducted gas aircon; good wii-fii internet; a Yamaha piano; and separate electric heaters in each bedroom. The house is relatively new, being about 10 years old, and is well insulated. The property is at the base of Red Hill, which has lots a great walking tracks and a cafe on the top with great views over lake Burley Griffin. Red Hill is arguably one of the best suburbs in Canberra. It is located centrally in the inner-South region, has a lot of the diplomatic residences and Missions (Embassies and High Commissions) and, due to the extra policing, a very low crime rates. Also, Red Hill is close to the bar and restaurants located in Kingston, Kingston Foreshore, Manuka, Griffith, Civic and Braddon. There is a bus that runs directly to Civic via Kingston, Manuka and Braddon one way and directly to Woden the other way.
Our current housemate is moving out in mid-September. The apartment is across the road from the Campbell shops. It’s also right next to a bus stop that can take you straight into the city centre. We're within walking distance to the Russell offices, ADFA, and within cycling distance to ANU (15 mins), or the city centre (10 mins). The rent includes the water bill, but not wifi or electricity. Wifi is unlimited NBN, and is $20 per person each month. The room comes furnished with a single bed, desk, cabinet, and bookcase. The room is currently rented out until the 24th of November. The room has a stained glass window above the door.
MUST GO ASAP The room is the biggest bedroom in the house, with lots of built in cupboard space. Large windows on the northern wall with great views, plus the view from the kitchen is gorgeous during fireworks, as there is a direct view above Lake Burley-Griffin. There is a toilet in the bathroom, and another separate toilet. The house is opposite a bus stop, and about 50 metres from Red Hill shops, which has a good range of organic produce, and also caters to vegan/vegetarian options. There are 2 TV's in the lounge room, and a PS4 with a Netflix account. Unlimited broadband wifi (extra 30 dollars a month) and electricity bills are not included in the rent.
