Hi everyone, I"m Tez.
Housemate just moved out so now I have a spare room to offer. Room is well lit with access to the balcony (bed in pic is for reference only). You do get the Canberra skyline and great sunsets from this apartment.

I'm a full-time public servant like the majority of Canberrans. I'm an ambivert and out of work I am hugely into wines and food. I enjoy getting into the kitchen and making delicious foods, hosting little wine/food gatherings, keeping fit in the gym and cycling and also just chilling with music or a good movie.

I'm mostly tidy in the common areas and expect my new housemate to be the same. We are adults after all but i must admit i do have flotilla of foam rollers for recovery. Stay fit they say.

You will have your own room, bathroom (though shared laundry in it), car park and secure cage storage in a fully furnished apartment.

Apartment is located close to Kingston shops, local gyms, Fyshwick food markets, bus stop, train station and pretty much all the government departments are nearby, if you are in the public service.

Will split internet (currently $85/month) and electricity bill ($420/quarter). Also note on top of the bond is 2weeks Rent in advance ($1280)
