You need to be able to drive as it's too isolated otherwise. Such a bargain and my previous flat mates have loved living here as we have completely seperate spaces to live in. this is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa. there is a small courtyard and a small grass area. garage is for storage. i have a lounge, dining table and outdoor table. if you need a bed, that can be arranged as well as side tables. i have an old fridge, microwave and dryer. the washing machine is shared with my current housemate so we are yet to decide who is going to keep it!! if you have a washing machine that would solve the problem :) we would split the electricity and am happy to get and share internet if you can figure it out ha bolder beach is a 5 minute walk and sharpes is a 10 minute walk.

I live in a wonderfully quiet gated estate, so very secure and safe, but also means I must be respectful of my neighbours and their love of the quiet life. Not a party house sorry! I often spend time away visiting my 2 daughters enjoying their new University life in Sydney, so would love to feel my home is in safe hands and being loved and respected. My 2 happy labradoodles (and a fat indoor cat) will often be at the house, and as they adore hugs and romps on the beach(not the cat!😜), my potential flat mates "must love pets" as much as my family do. She is a 13 year old staffy who just loves people to death! and needs the same love in return. We are looking for a single or a couple who loves dogs as much as us! She needs feeding two times a day and pain medication once time a day. walking 3 times a week, but she dose have arthritis so around the block is all she needs. My daughter will be dropping over her food and medication and be on call for any problems day and night, also walking her when possible.
