About the property
It's a great 2 bedroom unit. Ground floor. Clean newly refurbed space with loads of light. Large living room. Projector instead of TV. Great courtyard with outdoor shower, daybed and palms. Easy walk to beach, lake and into town.
Queer vibes. Well, so far 1 gay, me, but happy to live with any allies!
I usually have music playing.. it varies a lot, but never disco lol.
Fully furnished.
The available bedroom isn't huge but neatly fits a double bed and space for a desk. Lots of light (and blackout blind). It has built-in wardrobe.

Only unusual house rules are to respect that I work from home mostly and I'd prefer someone who either works during day or also works from home (we can do the co-work space thing from 9 to 5 😁).
