We are a quiet, friendly, happy couple living in Woodlands Estate in Waterford with a good sized furnished room for rent. Electricity, gas and internet is included in rent. This near new house has all modern appliances and fittings. It has solar heating and cooling which is ducted throughout the house. The room has queen sized bed with side tables, tub chair, mirrored wardrobe, coax connection for TV and glass sliding doors to outside grassed area. Waterford is near Beenleigh which is on the M1 freeway and 1/2 hour from the City of Brisbane and 1/2 hour from the Gold Coast.
The room you would be staying in is 6.5 by 4 meters so enough room for a bed, couch and tv etc. It's also downstairs with no internal access which is good for privacy but the shower and kitchen is upstairs. We have a pretty great back deck with a bbq etc. There's under cover parking, the bus stops almost out the front of the house and we're close but not that close to the train line. Ideally would like someone who's either studying or working but will look at anyone who applies.
