The neighbours are absolutely lovely and have a close connection with me.
Because of inflation and cost-of-living has become challenging for everyone,
This would be a great foundation to put everyone in a good financial situation to achieve goals in the future.

Electricity and water usage will be covered by myself.
I’m the recognise tenant on the lease and will accommodate anyone who is willing to commit to having a peaceful place to live in.
I’m a very open person and have no ill feelings towards people with religion or beliefs as long as there is a mutual respect and courtesy within the house.
I do involve myself in recreational activities and enjoy having fun within reason in the house.
I do have a one strike rule. If you disobey or abuse my kindness then I would ask you to vacate the house within two weeks..
