It is a new property. It's in a quiet street. It's safe. I have cameras and locks. There are TVs and security throughout internet. Hot water with new washing machine. New fridge walking pantry and then I need for cooking. It is close to the rail by car. There are no buses but I believe there's a new bus service at the moment that works on picking you up from the door.
Places fully finished design to finish it but I'm not prepared to put photos off my property up online. Once you contact me and you're a suitable tenant. I'm happy to supply further photos.

About the flatmates
I work for myself. I don't drink smoke, keep a clean house. Do Pilates go for walks. Get up early. Go to bed early and I'm extremely quiet person. Love to cook. Have no pets.
Looking for someone who needs a quiet space that either wants to study or has a busy career. I don't want anybody who works from home. I had a guest house for many years and people they come for a week stay for 6 months. I don't have any issues with sharing some.
Everything can be provided if needed. It would also suit someone if they had someone in the hospital. In that case I would look at short-term even was a couple. No children or pets.
I only want one person but there's two choices of rooms available. You can either have a queen size Bed for a single bed.
If someone is staying for a short time I'll be see. A month's rent would be asked up front.
