Just a 15 minute walk to Civic, even less to get to Lonsdale Street! You will have your own bedroom (unfurnished with built-in wardrobe) and bathroom. The rest of the apartment is furnished but I'm quite flexible if you have some of your own furniture. Balcony looks out onto Black Mountain, and the building has a gym and indoor heated pool. Apartment has 2 carparks in a tandem format (one behind the other). I really only use my car once or twice during the week and on weekends. Bills are low because the building is modern (built 2012/13) and well-insulated. The apartment is equipped with NBN fibre to the home, will just need to sign up to a plan.
