GREAT FOR GRADS, and MOVE IN DATE IS ADJUSTABLE- 24th Jan at the latest but can move in earlier. I'm hoping to sort this out soon before the mass Graduate and posting in influx, so drop me a line :) Two Underground car parks with a storage locker. Great for avoiding frost on the windscreen. The place has pretty good insulation but also has air conditioning. 2 bed and 2 bath, close to Braddon, and a chill and tidy housemate lol. Top level of the complex, so now ground floor security issues. I am respectful and considerate and hope you are the same, and hope to share a drink and a laugh :)
This property is fantastic! The space beautiful, I am sure you will enjoy my cool downstairs lounge room during summer, with two televisions that I rarely use. You will find no shortage of comfortable couches through the home, including the back deck which is excellent for social occasions with smokers. The kitchen is sturdy and well equipped with white goods, as is the laundry. The upstairs bathroom is roomy and opening the window will allow cool air into a foggy room. Both of the available rooms are private with in-wall wardrobes, and I have one spare matress if you have not your own.

This airy house has 4 bedrooms all located upstairs, a main bathroom upstairs and a toilet downstairs. In the last year we have had virtually no issues with sharing a bathroom as we have all been on different schedules. The house is located on a main road but is super quiet (I've never had any issues with noise and I'm a very light sleeper).
