The bedroom gets lots of morning sun, and the whole property is very spacious. House is a short walk away from IGA, Woollies, Dickson shops etc, and very convenient for anyone working/studying in the City or Belconnen. SORRY: NO COUPLES, NO PETS! The room fits a double bed but does not have a built in wardrobe or storage - but, as I'm moving to furnished accomodation, I can throw in the queen bed (mattress + frame) and nearly-new IKEA chest of drawers for ~$250 (negotiable). Downside: The house is currently on the market to sell, so this would suit someone looking for shorter term accommodation, however, the group in the house may move together. So if you like your flatmates, you can look for somewhere new together!

Situated in Braddon, you'll get to live a short walk to the centre of Canberra or even to the Ainslie shops. Dickson shopping center is a very short drive away. This property has a great view and has a decent balcony to lounge on throughout the year. The complex is situated close to Northbourne avenue and when the windows are closed, it does a great job of keeping the noise out.
