Our property backs onto Yowani Country club in Lyneham with a short walk to a bus stop, shops, the gym and Old Canberra Inn. All the bedrooms are located upstairs with new tenants sharing a bathroom while my boyfriend and I have one. All the living is downstairs with a small courtyard. As the house is a 10 min bike ride or bus trip from ANU, it is perfect for uni students. The address is also less than a 400m walk to the Dickson terminus once the light rail is up and running.
