Lyneham, Canberra

It’s a nice two-storey house in the middle of Lyneham, that backs onto the bike path and wetlands and is a short walk to Lyneham shops, Dickson shops, the tram line and Lonsdale street is about 20 minutes walk. It’s an older house with plenty of greenery around, especially going into the warmer months. With a greenhouse, laundry, living room and plenty of bookshelves around there’s space if you have plenty of things. I love all music but especially indie. There’s a piano and a drum kit in the house if music is your thing. The house has solar and meets minimum energy efficiency standards, with bills being quite low for the majority of the year.

There’s one bedroom available with a wardrobe and a nice view out to the Wetlands and some really green trees.

I’m looking to fill the room with someone fun that is easy to live with, cleans up after themselves, is respectful and down for socialising and having a meal/drink together here and there 👌🏼 Living in the house at the moment is me Jayden and Sophie. We are both busy people but we find time here and there to catch up and watch a series and have a bite.
