This home is very light, warm and sunny, full of art, with lots of north-facing windows onto a private back garden. Energy bills and internet are included in the rent.
The house is in Downer, very close to the light rail, and minutes from the Dickson shops. The lease is a long one, but I'm happy for a three month period and up to a year + if we're a good fit. The house would also suit someone who travels between Canberra and, for eg., Sydney and who would like to come home to a welcoming, relaxed and lovely environment.
