I’m looking to rent out my room in our awesome little sharehouse in Dickson from Nov. 20th to Feb. 15th (I can a bit flexible with dates). It’s $150/week, right on the bike path to ANU and the city, and a couple of minutes from Dickson shops. It’s close to lots of bus routes as well, and is pretty quiet. It doesn't have built in storage, but we can provide a wardrobe. Water is included, but electricity, gas and internet are separate. Being in Ainslie means it is conveniently located, with shops and bars within walking distance, and a short ride/drive/bus to the City, Braddon and Dickson. The room is huge with a large built in wardrobe, with room for a king bed and a bit more furniture. The room has a full en-suite with spa bath and twin shower. Rent is $219 per week, paid fortnightly. Other costs are: Internet ($17 per month) and Cleaning ($20 per fortnight). Electricity and water bills are split evenly between 5 people. Our home is across the road from Mt Ainslie nature reserve. Short walk to local shops, quick cycle or reasonable walk to the city and close access to buses.
