We’re looking for a housemate to join us in our place in Dickson. The duplex has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as a large living room, backyard, and kitchen.

The room faces the front of the house, on the left as you view it from the street, and you'll share a bathroom with one other housemate. The rent for the room is $262.50 per week paid fortnightly, and the bond is $1000.

We're looking for someone similar to us - considerate, relaxed, and friendly. We like a balance of having a chat occasionally but also keeping to ourselves - during the week we tend to get more locked into our work routines and like having a nice quiet place to come home to.
