The house is located in a quiet, convenient location and is very clean. It has two single rooms and one double room, one kitchen, one toilet, one bathroom. The house and bedrooms are fully furnished, also equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, gas heating. The house has a large backyard and garage (fit two cars and some bikes). Dickson center is a 10-minute walk and it takes 8 minutes to get to Canberra City/ANU by bus. We are all friendly students and professional in our 20s and 30s; we enjoy chit-chat at dinner time and sometimes cook hot-pot together as a social bonding. Now we have one large room available from 29th Jan 2017, with large built in wardrobe and sunshine window, equipped with bunk bed (can change to double bed for free if required), desks, chairs, etc., suitable for couples or two friends who want to save money.
