The available room is on the smaller side but the rest of the house more than makes up for it!

The house comes fully furnished and equipped with everything you could need. It has great indoor and outdoor living spaces, and a big kitchen with butler’s pantry and bar fridge. There is also heaps of extra storage space in the shed in the backyard. The house is spacious, light and comes with everything you need, including ducted heating and excellent housemates. There’s lots of space for parking outside the house or on the street. The house is located on a quiet tree lined street that is only a 10 minute walk to Dickson shops and the Macarthur Ave Tram stop, and it's quick and easy to get to Braddon/Civic.

The room fits a queen bed and comes with a standalone wardrobe, small storage cupboard and some shelves.

The room available is Bedroom 2 on the floor plan. You’ll be sharing a big bathroom with one other person who generally works evenings/is only living there part time atm (so like having the bathroom to yourself!).
