Hi everyone, we are looking for a fourth housemate to join us in our beautiful four bedroom, two bathroom home located on a quiet, tree lined street in Dickson.

The house is spacious, light filled, and fully furnished, with everything set up for comfortable living. It features generous indoor and outdoor living spaces, a large kitchen with a butler’s pantry and bar fridge, ducted heating throughout, and plenty of additional storage including a shed in the backyard.

The location is a huge bonus. The house is only a ten minute walk to Dickson shops and the Macarthur Avenue tram stop, with quick and easy access to Braddon and Civic. There is also ample parking available outside the house and on the street.

We currently have two room options available. The master bedroom is currently occupied, however the housemate may move into the second room depending on who we find.

Room option one is $232 per week. It comfortably fits a queen bed and includes a standalone wardrobe, shelving, and additional storage. This room is Bedroom 2 on the floor plan. You would be sharing a large bathroom with one other housemate who mostly works evenings and is only living here part time, so it often feels like having the bathroom to yourself.

Room option two is the master bedroom at $370 per week, or $400 per week for a couple. The master fits any size bed and includes a walk in wardrobe, private access, it's own heating/cooling, own balcony and use of the main off street parking space. This room shares the larger bathroom with the other listed bedroom.

The current housemates are myself working in sport, and two women working full time in public service and media, with a mix of working from home and office days. We are ideally looking for a woman in her mid twenties or older who works full time. While everyone is fairly busy, it is a relaxed and friendly house where we enjoy catching up on the couch and debriefing about our days.

Rent is $232 per week or $370 per week depending on the room. Internet is $20 per month. Water, electricity, and gas are split evenly each quarter. Bond is $1050.
