It’s a quiet and convenient spot — 5 mins to Dickson, 2 mins to Watson shops (great cafes & food!), and ACU is right across the street.
🚉 1 km to the light rail, with the R9 bus stop just outside the house.

$220/week for a single, or $280/week for a couple (bills not included)
Bond: 2 weeks’ rent
Can come with a single bed frame n mattress, or completely unfurnished for you to set it up your way (we can help you find furniture on Marketplace)
Fits a king bed + extra furniture easily
Large windows with plenty of natural light and green views
Full-wall built-in wardrobes

Utilities (electricity & gas) are split evenly, billed quarterly
Currently no home internet — we’ve been using mobile data, but open to setting one up if needed

Shared bathroom (with separate shower & bathtub) and toilet
Fully equipped kitchen, cleaning tools, and shared supplies provided
Garage + front & back yard + two storage sheds
Parking available on the driveway, in the yard, or in the garage
We’re decluttering, so there are free items if you need furniture
Available now for viewing and move-in
Lease runs until 14 April 2026 (3 months) — landlord may rebuild after that, so short-term friendly

We’re a friendly and easy-going Chinese couple sharing the home with our lovely cat, Little 🐱.
We enjoy a quiet, tidy, and peaceful environment — this isn’t a party house.
We mostly keep to ourselves and appreciate a calm home after work, so this would suit someone who is independent, mature, and respectful.

We’d love someone who:
- Responsible and mature
- Keeps shared spaces clean after use
- Respects others’ rest time (no loud cooking or noise after 11:30 pm)
- Is fine living with a cat (sorry, no additional pets)
