Great 3 bedroom property in North Perth (one room will be a spare). Easy access to the city or freeway. We have a really nice shaded outdoor alfresco area with a BBQ and the house is fully furnished. Your room is unfurnished, however, a bed base (no mattress) can be provided if you need it. The house is generally kept pretty clean and everything in the house is fairly new, so there shouldn't be any issues. We don't expect the house to be kept perfect, but we prefer things to be neat and tidy. Unfortunately the house was advertised as no pets are allowed, but if you have a pet and would like to apply, you are more than welcome to make a request with the landlord!
