I've been living here for 2.5 years and my flatmate is moving on. This apartment is in an ideal location-It's 100m from the beach and 10min drive/20 minutes cycle to the CBD. Could not be in a better location for the coming summer. The room: UNFURNISHED. A simple and cosy double room with a built in desk, so ideal for studying or working from home. There's a large wardrobe in the hallway also and room for additional storage. The apartment comes fully kitted out with a 60" digital TV, gas stove and fireplace (great in winter), washing machine, fridge and all other essentials. Additional furniture is welcome to contributing to giving this place a homely feeling. The shared bathroom has a excellent water pressure for the shower which is always a plus. Transport: Transport: No. 12 tram travels by the front door and takes you to St Kilda in 3 minutes and CBD in 15. The No. 96 tram is a five minute walk away and has faster travel times. There is plenty of off-street parking in surrounding streets. Incoming person: Ideally looking for an outgoing, friendly, tidy and respectful person. An interest in the outdoors and an active soul is brownie points for sure. But overall just a down to earth, socially normal and nice person is plenty.
