This is our home, so the apartment is well furnished with a real coffee machine + grinder, juicer, sound system, chromecast, TV (no cable though) all appliances, central heating, NBN (fast internet), a big balcony with a great view on the Catani gardens and the bay.. There are 2 bedrooms but we don't want too many people, this could fit a couple or two friends that want to have a bedroom each. BIB and lots of storage. 2 Bathrooms, one with a shower, the other one with a spa bath (!!) I have a few plants that would have to be watered a few times a week, nothing too stressful :) Water, gaz and internet is included. The house has 2 medium sized dogs and I'm looking for somebody who loves dogs, and who would be happy to feed and walk them occasionally if I go away for a few days. Short or long term is okay at the moment. This is not really a party house and wouldn't suit a smoker or big drinker. Also, definitely would not suit somebody who is addicted to facebook, or who uploads their personal life regularly onto social media (looking for somebody who likes to respect each other's privacy in the home). The secure carspace is $50 extra per week. House rules; no guests without prior arrangement. I'm a social and friendly person but there is plenty of fun to be had within walking distance eg live music, restaurants and bars. Please cleanup after yourself. If you don't like cleaning, we can arrange a cleaner fortnightly :) I do not like the tv on consantly in the living room. I enjoy music and you are welcome to enjoy my collection.
