My boyfriend and I are moving out of our apartment on St Kilda Road, which we currently share with Zayyan, our flatmate. She's staying, and she needs someone to share the rent with her (couples or two friends also accepted). We're leaving on 11th April 2017. The minimum stay is 6 weeks, but of course if you want to stay longer then you can arrange that with Z :) The room is bright and airy, with a double bed and enough storage for two people if necessary. The flat has AC/heating, a small balcony, dining area, living area with sofa and tv, washer dryer, and all the usual appliances. There is a gym in the building, and a communal lounge area. The tram is right outside the door, and you can take lines 3, 3a, 5, 6, 16, 64, 67 or 72 (Stop 24 - Leopold St). The trams are very regular, and it takes around 10 minutes to get to CBD.
