The house is in a fantastic location with great neighbours. It's quiet and safe with easy links to the city. We have a small back garden, perfect for BBQs in the summer and there plenty of parking spaces out the front. The room is large and on the ground floor, enough room for a double bed, desk and storage. Bathroom would be shared with Amelia and a cleaner comes every 2 weeks to clean the kitchen, lounge and bathrooms.

I have a great, furnished house with a spare large bedroom with a built in wardrobe, Queen size bed, linen, side tables with lamps and dress mirror available for rent! The house is located right in the heart of Albert Park, is a stones throw to Trams 1, 96, 112 and right on the door step to MSAC (pool), Albert Park Village Cafes, shops and local supermarket right at your finger tips. The beach is 5mins walk. The house itself is an old single fronted detached corner building situated in a very quite street, there is carpet throughout bedrooms and lounge/dinning area, heating is a classic old gas heater in the lounge and dinning area. I also have an A/C that works great for those hot days. I'd like to think I'm easy going and well organized. I keep a neat, tidy house and would be happy to share this with another house proud single professional. Travelers are welcome too, but a minimum of 12 weeks stay is required. Beautiful big house in Albert Park with floorboards, high ceilings, large courtyard and massive kitchen, sharing with 1-2 others but heaps of space to allow privacy for all. This home peaceful, TV free and mostly vegetarian (aside from the dogs' food!). There is space out the back for gardening if you are a green thumb, and there's even a worm farm/compost. Looking for somebody who has a good balance between social interaction (eg some intelligent conversation and sharing the occasional meal) and private space/quiet time. The house has 2 medium sized dogs and I'm looking for somebody who loves dogs, and who would be happy to feed and walk them occasionally if I go away for a few days. Short term is fine (eg if you're only needing a place for a couple of months, that could suit quite well at the moment). This is not really a party house and wouldn't suit a smoker or big drinker. Also, definitely would not suit somebody who is addicted to facebook, or who uploads their personal life regularly onto social media (looking for somebody who likes to respect each other's privacy in the home). I work at home several days a week, but there is a separate office space.

We have just signed the lease for this 3 story townhouse in St Kilda West, conveniently located 1 block from Fitzroy street, 1 block to Albert Park lake and 2 blocks from the beach. The house is currently unfurnished but we hope to have the common areas furnished before the move in date of June 2nd. The bedroom which is for lease will be unfurnished. The house contains 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Two bedrooms and 1 bathroom are on the 3rd floor. Middle floor contains spacious Kitchen and Living opening on to Balcony overlooking Canterbury Road. The ground floor contains 1 bedroom (yours) and the 2nd bathroom. The bathroom is not ensuite but is exclusively for the new tenant. Ground floor also contains a large lockup garage and a fourth room which we're not sure what to do with yet :) Office/Games room/4th (mini) bedroom can be considered.
