Our property is a beautiful, large beachside apartment with classic Art-Deco architecture. The entire property (except for the advertised room) is completely furnishes. We have a lot of natural light, a large TV, surround sound, amazing Industrial kitchen, washer/dryer and a cute little cat, Stitch. There are no strict house laws but due to body corporate regulations there is no smoking on the premises and we like the house to remain relatively party-free. We're all for having small groups over/listening to music but like to keep things pretty low key! We're located only 5 minutes walk to Fitzroy St, 10-15 minutes walk to Acland St, we have a tram on our corner (Route 12) which takes you into the city in about 20 minutes and the light-rail a couple of blocks away. We're also across the road from St Kilda Beach, which is great in summer. This lease is a 4 month minimum stay (sorry, no short-term subletting) and if you're a good fit to the house, there's no maximum stay limit 😊

It has a beachhouse vibe, art deco building, very modern with lots of big windows and lots of space. - Location: across the street from the beach and St Kilda bay, walking distance to Albert Park, cafes and restaurants close, 5 minutes to Fitzroy street with bars and supermarkets, public transport is right around the corner, Tram 12 or 96 lead you directly to the city (and Tram 16), still very quiet street with no noise - Modern: Recently renovated, high end bathroom appliances and kitchen is a dream, dishwasher, washing machine - The room: lots of storage (build in wardrobe) and good light. Very quiet. Can come furnished or unfurnished (I can just sell the current furnitures). There is off-street parking if you need it to be paid on top. No wifi available so far but happy to get it. It is a bit on the expensive side but it really makes a difference to come home to a place like this every day.
