The house is in a fantastic location with great neighbours. It's quiet and safe with easy links to the city. We have a small back garden, perfect for BBQs in the summer and there plenty of parking spaces out the front. I am a full time practising and exhibiting artist/painter with a studio in the CBD where I work at least 5 days of the week. My interests are cooking, keeping fit, yoga, going to the cinema, travel and socialising with friends. The lovely Marina 29 an IT consultant rents out the middle bedroom, works fulltime in Port Melbourne. She has a friendly and outgoing personality and is ajoy to be around. I do throw the occasional dinner party and party. Hi there, I am offering FREE RENT in my beachfront apartment in St Kilda return for light au pair duties 1 week out of every 2. I have my kids every second week so you will be sharing a big bedroom (own double bed) one week and then have the whole room and most of the place to yourself the next week. There is no problem with having visitors when the kids aren't around. I work full time and have a busy social life on my week off so am hardly ever home. The apartment is directly across the street from the beach (its AWESOME!) and 1 minute walk to trams 12, 16, 96 and 3/3a. Its also 1 minute walk to pubs and cafes on Fitzroy Street. On the week the boys are there, I need someone to make them breakfast and take them to school before 9am (you will need to drive) and then pick them up after school at 3pm. I will also need a babysitter 1 or 2 nights on the weekend when I have the boys (either Friday and Sunday or Saturday and Sunday) but the rest of your nights will be completely free. PLUS every second week when the boys aren't there you can do whatever you like :)
