Beautiful house 10 minutes from the city! Located just off South Road near the Thebarton Theatre. Rent is $275 a fortnight and the bond is 6 weeks rent so $825 (sorry it won't let us put 6 week bond). Only a 5 minute drive or 10 minutes with public transport into the city. Super close to the entertainment centre for the free tram! The bedroom is roughly 4x4 and is unfurnished with floorboards but does come with a built in wardrobe. There is a modern kitchen and bathroom and a large entertainment area which also has air conditioning/heating. There is enough space to comfortably fit 3 cars in the driveway, but there is plenty of street parking available. All bills are split 4 ways. Electricity and water bills have been very reasonable. We recently got the NBN and our internet is $17.50 a month for unlimited. The Brickworks, Foodland and Woolworths are all close by, plus lots of restaurants and cafes. Henley Beach is only a short 10 minute drive. Such a good location with a great price for being so close to the city and beach!!
