About the property
This has been my room for the past two years as I will be moving out late February.
This has been a fantastic room and it's absolutely huge. The space gets great natural light. It doesn't include any wardrobes or furniture.
Room size is approx 7m x 2.5m (at narrowest).
The house is equally massive, with 3 separate living areas, 2 bathrooms, outside area, and kitchen. There is a garage and another parking space available, plus additional roadside parking.
All the bedrooms are located upstairs.
The location is also incredible, multiple supermarkets, takeaways, restaurants all within a 5 minute walk. The bus route direct to the city or beach is right across the road.
Friends and family are more than welcome, the house has plenty of space to host several separate parties.
Rent does not include any utilities, we split gas, electric, water & internet. FTTN is available.
All bills and incidentals are split using Beem, making expenses easy to keep track of.

About the flatmates
You will be living with Isabel, Raine & Sienna.
Isabel is 28, just moved here from the UK, she’s working at flinders uni full time! Often out exploring on weekends.
Raine is 23 and works at a cafe! She’s a fantastic baker and often has treats out for us.
Sienna is 24, working in Brewing, often working later shifts in the day!
We are a social household, enjoying each other’s company, often having friends and family over, but respecting each other’s space and differing schedules. We value a clean and well looked after shared spaces.
Although different schedules we do love to watch telly together, Or a sneaky little trip to the pub.
We’re looking for someone respectful, responsible, clean, with shared values and hopefully a good mate in the end :))
