Mile End, Adelaide

Location:

The house in Mile End is very close to the city, pub across the road, yet conveniently close to the beach. Public transport is close by (Mile End train station and the bus stop to the city just across the street).

About the house:
The house is fully furnished and has three bedrooms. Room 2 becomes available 24 June. It's the large one (3.5x4.5 with massive built-in robe and chest of drawers) on the first floor at the back side of the house, facing South. I can furnish it with a queen bed and desk or leave those out.
Room one becomes available early August. It's the "little" one (2.5 x 4.5 with built-in robe and second shelved wardrobe) on the first floor at the front of the house, facing North. It's comfy and still pretty spacious. I can furnish it with a single bed and desk or leave those out. A queen bed does fit comfortably.
Downstairs the house has a living room with a kitchen, a separate lounge room with a sunroom and laundry with a toilet. 
The first floor has two bedrooms, ample storage in the hallway, a bathroom (bath and shower) and a separate toilet. The bathroom and kitchen are shared, so looking for a housemate that keeps both as clean as I do.

About us:
You'll be sharing with a mature non-smoking crazy (but harmless) Dutchie with a wicked sense of humour and generally easy-going. I’m doing a master’s by research in genetics. I was a CPA in a previous life but decided that science is way more interesting. I also work part-time and have a couple of volunteering roles. I enjoy my time alone but also like sharing the occasional meal or chat or drink with housemates.
The other housemates are Shizu, a non-smoking laid back and easy going Working Holiday. She enjoys cooking and gardening. She helps keeping the house clean and tidy.
And Prada, the tabby cat. She loves to play and once she gets to know you, she might come for a cuddle and a face rub.

About you:
We are looking for somebody like-minded to share the house with. Working and/or studying. Clean, tidy and respectful.
