Cleaning Everyone is require to clean up for themselves. The cleaning is broken down into set choirs for everyone. Basically each person has a daily cleaning duty and has a weekly responsibility. For example a persons jobs might be to sweep the kitchen floor daily and to clean the lounge weekly. For those that don't want to clean, they are welcome to pay and extra $20 a week to have their jobs done for them. Option to Work for those that are Handy. The option to work for extra cash is available to skilled handy tenants. $15 per hour is paid off next weeks rent. The House The house has been renovated and is comfortable with new modern appliances. Hi there! My girlfriend and I are currently looking for someone to move into one of our spare rooms. Perfect for a student studying at Unisa Mawson Lakes Campus or working around the Northern Suburbs. Bus stop right on the door stop, going in one direction to the city (approx 45 mins) and to Tea Tree Plaza (15-30 mins) in the other direction. We have air conditioning, great fireplace, large lounge room and dining room. Whilst there's currently a study, this could be used as a third bedroom in future if we all agree on a fourth housemate. We are happy to consider some pets, but we must mention that we currently have two dogs therefore cannot accept any more cats or dogs. Our dogs are very friendly though, and will get along with rabbits, rats, birds etc. Caitlin and I have been renting here for a few years now, and are happy with the house and it's condition.
