Housemate Wanted – Peaceful, Fully Furnished Home

I'm looking for a considerate and independent housemate to share my calm, comfortable home.
I live with a small female dog who is not good with other animals or kids, but loves a cuddle with adult humans (and will probably want a cuddle with you).

This home would suit someone who appreciates a quiet, respectful environment and is comfortable giving each other space when needed, but is also open to the occasional friendly chat or shared cup of coffee.

The house has a laid back, relaxing atmosphere with lots of indoor plants and natural light, plus a small outdoor patio that’s perfect for morning coffees, or weekend relaxation. There’s one shared living area, and a desk available at times when I’m not working from home.

You’ll have your own fully furnished bedroom, including a queen mattress and base, side table, built-in robe, and a set of drawers.

The main bathroom is for your private use but also serves as the guest bathroom, so it just needs to be kept tidy and presentable.

A cleaner comes fortnightly, so general upkeep between visits and cleaning up after yourself is all that’s required.

I value a clean, quiet home, so if you're someone who appreciates calm and is happy doing your own thing, this might be a good fit - perfect for FIFO workers or anyone who travels regularly for work and enjoys coming home to a calm, well-maintained space.

The area is safe, quiet, and super convenient with Tea Tree Plaza just down the road and easy access to the city via the O-Bahn. The house is close to parks, shops, and everything you need.
