Ours is newly built house in the best part of North Shore at Mount Kuring Gai. The place is surrounded natural beauty. The misty mornings, the beautiful evening sunsets and what not. Yet very close to the city. The room we are renting out is in the ground floor of the two storey house. There is no other bedroom downstairs. So, you will have total privacy. It is almost like a 1bedroom house for you. We have big yard for your furry friends to play around. They are welcome to live inside the house as long as they are house trained :) You are free to use the kitchen, laundry and all common areas in the ground floor.
