The house is about a 6-minute walk to Hughesdale train station and a 5 min drive to Chadstone shopping centre. Right now since I’m urgently considering moving out so I’m offering two weeks rent for free( equivalent to $500) for anyone who’s willing to move in for 8 months(My 12 months contract got 8 months left). All furniture are provided and were purchased within half year including fridge, couch, washing machine, oven, dishwasher, bed, desk and bookshelf. Even though the bills are shared, per month internet is only $30 for one person and electricity bill receives a 40% off usage discount and 12% usage off discount for Gas. So really considering discount on bills and two weeks rent for free, it would be a decent place to stay both geographically and financially.

Buses either 4 - 10 max walk to multiple different Buses. 2 great parks, 1 is for fitness people, football played on the weekends. We have a good size bedroom to Rent. Rent can be negotiated. There is also a ceiling fan for hot days. We have a great large kitchen with fan forced Oven/stove, coffee machine & other appliances & a middle Island. Attached to the Island is a 3 seat dinning table for casual use. We have a great size lounge & dinning room with TV, desk top, Fetch. Really comfortable 4-6 seat leather lounge. 8 seat dinning room table. The back section 2 desks. If you want to can put a desk in the room also as more than enough space. Generally a very quiet room as is not used that much. The Bathroom is awesome with a Bath/Spa that can fit 2 people also a separate shower. We have 1 separate toilet. The lovely Backyard is very large & secure back fence. We do have a basic shed. We have a large split Garage, half has been turned into an entertainment area then some for storage & there will be room to park a car also if needed. A very long driveway that can park up to 3 cars. Very safe family area. We do ask as this is not just a House but a Home. We keep the kitchen clean. Have a Dish Washer, The main part of the house is new tiles . The bedrooms are newly carpeted. We do separate meals but also once in a while to we do a huge cook up for everyone.. You will have a shelf in the fridge & freezer space, space in kitchen cupboards. Also your own space in the pantry. Smokers outside only. 1 Student (gamer); 1 full time worker(Gamer), 1 female works from home to date (addicted to reading). We are pretty chilled out. Obviously we randomly have friends over but are considerate to others, privacy & noise levels & for those who need sleep. Your friends are welcome. The couch is large enough for any friends who can't drive home at night to crash on. Great internet but is only bill not included. As there is a Gamer living here we need decent Internet. Also having Fetch TV we do ask if in use then pay extra $25p/m for it also includes use of home phone also if wanted. Only mobile & Australian numbers please, most 1300 & 1800 are ok. Is included in the Internet bill. Answering service as well. New Washing machine, Dryer (though prefer that we try to use the cloths line or cloths horse) though if emergency work or going out is fine as is Winter. We do own 2 cats. 1 in mainly indoor but other is mainly outdoor.We don't allow in any bedrooms or lounge/dinning room at all. Only tiled areas, not carpeted. Carpets have just been professionally cleaned. We all put in cleaning though is mainly just the tiled areas. Very little gardening as back yard is mostly brick with rimmed gardens & front has a lawn with rimmed gardens. Though we all get 1 section to keep with very little weeding. Very fair for the small section that we all upkeep. Ta
