Hi all, I have two rooms available from January in a Carnegie flat that's 1km from both Carnegie and Murrumbeena stations - very handy after a night out. Very close to those two shopping/restaurant/cafe strips as well. Flat is in a block of 5 but is the largest of them all by far, with its own separate and private entrance and courtyard. The room sizes are 3.7 x 2.6 and 3.7 x 2.7. The place is set to be renovated around January so its not going to look anything like the pictures. Its still in the planning stages right now but we're looking at fresh paint, new carpet, kitchen and bathroom overhaul, and a brand new - double the current size - living room. Specifics aren't 100% confirmed yet though! Common areas are going to be well-furnished but the private rooms will remain unfurnished. There is air-conditioning and ducted heating.

There's a bus stop at about 200mtrs too. Chadstone shopping center is 8-9 minutes of walk away . Subway, Hungry Jacks, Nandos etc. are all 5-6 minutes away and there's a Coles express just at the end of the street! The house in itself is huge and has ample space for parking. Bathroom and the toilet are separate ,but, are to be shared. The room available is a single bedroom and is unfurnished. However the rest of the house is fully . A spacious, contained, back yard and a front yard of similar size. There's plenty of parking. There's garage is a rather well equiped home gym on account of my hobby and profession.
