However, I have an outdoor and indoor table/chairs, and there is also a spare bed frame and mattress as well as a standing wardrobe in one of the rooms which you are more than welcome to use. We have a room available in Murrumbeena in a cozy 3-bedroom apartment. Its right next to the station and a short drive to both the shops and restaurants in Carnegie and Chadstone shopping centre. The room has a wardrobe but will otherwise be unfurnished. It's not huge but it can fit a queen sized bed and a few pieces of furniture. Rent is $736 per month and bond is one month's rent. You will also need to fill out a rental form with a few details. Bill are split equally every quarter. The room will be available from the 1st of June. Ideally, you would be 20-30 and due to the need to fill out a rental form you would ideally be employed to some capacity. Students should be fine as long as there's proof rent can be paid. Couples are welcome but the room and house itself are quite small so it may not be ideal. Unfortunately we aren't allowed to have pets.
