Hi all, Two rooms coming available this November (little flexible) in a Carnegie two-storey flat that's 1km from both Carnegie and Murrumbeena stations - very handy after a night out. Very close to two prominent shopping/restaurant/cafe strips as well. Flat is in a block of 5 but is the largest of them all, with its own separate and private entrance and courtyard. One upstairs bedroom has become available at our spacious place in Hughesdale/Oakleigh. A spacious, contained, back yard and a front yard of similar size. There's plenty of parking. There's garage is a rather well equiped home gym on account of my hobby and profession.
