Welcome! Our home is a nice comfy place on the border of Bentleigh East and Oakleigh. We are roughly a 15 minute walk from Oakleigh station or a 5 minute bus ride with the 603 just at the end of the street. With easy access to PT and all the Greek gyros of Oakleigh, its a pretty decent location! Its an older house but is very reasonably priced and has everything you need! We previously lived with another couple and with 4 in the house there was plenty of space. There is one bathroom but with a separate toilet. Previously used as a study/office the room comfortably fits a double or a queen and has a build in wardrobe (~$100 per week/ $430 per month) Bills are not included in the rent. It would be great to split our internet bill of $59 pm (NBN 100 up 40 down). There is ample car space both off and on street parking.
